I was surprised to learn like you that IE8 is very much in the ascendant. However, I think Microsoft have put a lot of effort into getting it out quickly and marketing it. 
 
It&#039;s interesting that you get relatively strong figures for Opera; we barely see anything, however our site is ecommerce and probably has a more general audience than yours. </description>
