Reading the linked settlement document, &quot;The amended complaint alleged that Target was violating the Unruh Civil Rights Act, California Civil Code &#167;&#167; 51 et seq., the Disabled Persons Act, California Civil Code &#167;&#167; 54 et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. &#167;&#167; 12181 et seq.&quot; 
 
Please be careful when citing the target.com case in that 508 plays no role.  Your one-sentence paragraph should reflect this. </description>
